Reduce stress and anxiety in your life and learn how to deal with what you can’t change. Stress alone can eventually kill you! Find books, tapes, etc. to educate yourself on stress relieving techniques. Stressing doesn’t make the issue at hand go away anyway. Focus instead on problem solving.
Drink high quality alkaline water. This will neutralize the acids created when your body metabolizes acidic food, pesticides, and other contaminants. Eliminate the highly acidic drinks you’ve been drinking, such as soda. Drinking good alkaline water will put your alkalizing efforts way ahead of the game. Diabetes sufferers have improved their condition just by drinking good alkaline water.
